Hello there! I'm Karly, author of BabyBeaker 99% of the time. It has always been my hope that Stevens might pop in and surprise us all one day with a blog post or two (yes, I know I'm really pushing it) of his own.
Stevens and I are high school sweethearts (insert dreamy grin here). Both born and raised as Pennsylvanians, we migrated South for grad school (for moi), decided we liked it a whole bunch and opted to stick around. It is in this place that we have chosen to share our life, adventures and the lessons we learn while raising our family for those who near and those that are far.
I'm a full-time in-house Graphic Designer by day. I own a fine paper goods shoppe by night and chase after two very energetic little ladies all the while trying to keep this here journal up-to-date. Stevens is the Sales Director for a local technology company; he is the calm to my crazy.
Our girls mean the world to us! Charlotte is our oldest; she's 4 and the second tallest in her pre-k class. Born on April 5, 2012 weighing in at 8 lbs. 1.3 ounces, Caroline is our newest addition; she's quite dreamy.
Collectively referred to as "the kids," Daisy (top), 10, and Chopper (bottom), 8, are our pups. They like to think they rule the roost.
